Delete Account — Readaily

This page explains how to request permanent deletion of your Readaily account and all associated personal data. Readaily is developed by Karteado Tecnologia LTDA.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once confirmed, your reading history, books, streaks, and account credentials cannot be recovered.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to our support team using the address associated with your Readaily account:

1 Send an email to hello@readaily.app with the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
2 Include the email address registered to your Readaily account so we can locate and verify it.
3 We will reply within 7 business days to confirm your identity and initiate the deletion process.
4 Once confirmed, all eligible data will be deleted within 30 days.

Additional Information

Partial data deletion

If you only want to delete specific data (e.g., your reading history) without closing your account entirely, contact us at hello@readaily.app and describe what you'd like removed.

Advertising ID opt-out

Readaily uses third-party advertising SDKs (Google Ads, Meta, AppLovin) that may collect your device's Advertising ID. To opt out of interest-based advertising, use your device's system settings: Android → Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID. This is independent of your Readaily account.
